Once we have agreed on the team composition, maintenance processes and clarified any unclear points, we formalize our collaboration by signing a contract. We usually work on the Time & Materials model, which provides flexibility in workload and ensures that you only pay for the work done.
5. Onboarding
Our CTO and managers help the maintenance team to smoothly enter the project, gradually building core engineering and management processes to ensure ease of interaction between all parties.
6. Maintenance
We maintain your product using agile methodologies for engineering and management processes. During maintenance, you are considered as a team member, so you have the opportunity to actively participate, manage requirements and monitor the work progress.
7. Quality control
Once our engineers have started maintaining your product, What the Flutter managers, under the supervision of the CTO, periodically conduct quality reviews of the team's work and monitor your satisfaction, resolving any issues that may arise.
