5. Contract signing
Once we have agreed on the estimate, development processes and clarified any unclear points, we formalize our collaboration by signing a contract. We typically work on a Time & Materials model, which provides flexibility in changing requirements and ensures that you only pay for the work done.
6. Product development
We build your product using agile methodologies for engineering and management processes. During development, you are considered as a team member, so you have the opportunity to actively participate, manage the requirements and monitor the work progress.
7. Release and maintenance
Once your product is ready, we help you to make a successful release by handling all aspects, including publishing to the App Store and Google Play. After the release, we smoothly move to the maintenance phase, where we develop new features, fix bugs and keep the code base up-to-date.
